Sophie Hutton

Sophie is a speech and language therapist and an award winning owner of a specialist nursery and school-age provision for children with developmental and genetic conditions. She works from Manchester, covering the surrounding areas, and providing appointments both online and in clinic or school.

As a female with a diagnosis of ADHD, Sophie regularly speaks at conferences about her personal and professional experiences of living with the diagnosis.

As a family, we are deeply grateful for the service we received. My daughter is quite complex and I worried that she might do so well in the assessments that the clinicians wouldn’t see the difficulties she faces in life. However, the clinicians really listened and paid such attention and we received the diagnosis and report we so desperately needed. Our NHS paediatrician and school have had no issues accepting and supporting the diagnosis and the recommendations put forward in the report.
